Dining room, front bar & cellar will have other patrons dining. During the colder months, this space is converted to a heated inside space. There is no temperature difference between the backyard and the dining room inside.

FULL RENTAL

You will have exclusive use of the entire establishment, which is comprised of the front bar, upstairs dining room, covered backyard and Suono HiFi bar downstairs.

Think of this option like a house party, NOT a sit-down dinner. You would not be able to fit all guests in one space at the same time. There would be different areas with different vibes. DJ and dancing in the basement, drinks from both upstairs and downstairs bars, buffet-style food and congregating in the dining room and backyard.

We have a full AV setup downstairs in Suono, with vinyl turn tables, disco ball, retractable flat movie screen and state-of-the-art sound system.

FOOD
Buffet-style, where food will arrive staggered for the duration of the event and placed on large tables in the backyard, stocked with empty plates and silverware. In the dining room, backyard and Suono, there is seating available on the banquettes, but not for everyone at the same time.

DRINKS
Open bar for the duration of the event. All drinks are ordered from the two bars. Seven pre-selected cocktails, two beers, one white wine, one orange wine, one red wine, one prosecco along with non-alcoholic options and espresso after dinner.

MUSIC
Our DJ booth is located downstairs in Suono. If you'd like to bring your own DJ, we allow vinyl (two turntables) or digital music (CDJs with a USB connection only). No computers, no outside mixers, or any other type of direct connection to our system. We can help find a DJ for you ($50 booking fee + DJ fees paid directly to D). If you don't have a DJ, we will play our own Suono playlists, or you can send us your Spotify playlists. Genre requests will be accepted prior to the event, individual song requests during the event will not.

SAMPLE RENTAL MENU

Our three-course family style menu is below. This is a shared meal, where you and your guest do not order individually. All of the dishes listed on th emenu are served in the middle of each table, in three courses, and you serve yourselves.

Substitutions are allowed, and we can work easily accomodate individuals with dietary restrictions or allergies without compromising the menu for the rest of the group. As an example, we will bring someone with a gluten allergy a pinsa made with gluten-free dough during the second course

Our underground HiFi bar below the dining room. 45 person capacity. Second bar with bartender, vinyl turn tables, disco ball, retractable flat movie screen and vintage 1960’s custom built Italian sound system.
